Psychological Services, Community Outreach, and Professional Development
Curtis C. Rouanzoin, Ph.D. and Associates, Inc. offers comprehensive outpatient psychological services for individuals, couples and families. Speaking and consultation services are available to local schools, businesses, community groups, and churches- within the specialty areas of the therapists within the practice.
Outpatient Psychological Services
Comprehensive psychological services for adults, children, adolescents, couples and families are offered according to each therapist’s own experience and areas of expertise. Some issues addressed are anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, child behavior problems, adoption issues, eating disorders, relationship/marital problems, and parenting.
Professional Development and Training
Consultation for EMDR Certification and Approved Consultant as well as professional training in the field of trauma and EMDR are offered.
Curtis C. Rouanzoin, Ph.D., and Associates hosts an ongoing monthly (cost free) study group for EMDR trained clinicians.
Community Involvement
Therapists teach parenting classes in the community at various groups and churches throughout the year. Additionally, speakers can be arranged on a variety of topics related to family, trauma, grief, stress or anxiety. If you are interested in having a speaker to your group or class, please contact the therapist directly through the office phone.

Our offices are handicapped accessible. We are located on a the second floor, and an elevator available in addition to stairs. Should you require an elevator key, please call the office in advance and the secretary will meet you, or please visit the property management office and they will assist you on your first visit. A key may be given to you for future use.
Hours
Appointment hours are kept individually by therapists. Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9am- 7pm, with some Saturday appointments as well. Secretarial staff is generally available Monday-Thursday from 10am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, and Friday from 9am-2pm.
Fees
Each therapist negotiates their own fees with clients. We will bill insurance companies in most instances, however, not all therapists are contracted providers with major PPO or HMO networks. Please contact your insurance company or our office if you have a specific question about fees for a specific provider.
Major credit/debit cards are accepted.
